THE HATED BOSS who beats you down, and beats you down, and never lets up...

APPEARANCE He has poor posture that leaves him around 6' tall due to slouching, but when he does stand fully, he's a towering 6'5. He has a broad build to match his tall frame, with a good bit of muscle. With hair that's wild, a wicked grin, and tired eyes (is that eye-shadow?)—he exudes a dangerous air and look. He wears a gold chain around his neck, bearing the emblem of his team, a gold watch on his wrist, and baggy clothes; he certainly looks like what one might call a thug. However, his sunglasses somewhat offset the look, but regardless of how silly they might make him look, he's not one to be taken lightly due to such trivialities in taste. PERSONALITY Guzma is a very crass man with an obscenely short fuse. While he might brandish smiles and laughs frequently, they are joyless expressions of a damaged man. He's a man riddled with anger, and a concerning lack of fear. Relishing in crushing his opponents in battle, he holds little concern for the well being of others. Friend and foe alike can suffer from his brutality if neither are too careful. Ever being the sort to battle and ask questions later, he often times lets his need for his strength to be recognized cloud his judgment. Even throwing himself and others in danger because of it. Despite this reckless trait of his, he's one who does not take failure lightly, and has been known to hurt himself in frustration, while yelling at himself in the third-person. Like he's echoing something that's been said to him countless times before. Under it all, he's not as bad of a guy as he tries to seem. Even so, he lets his emotions get the better of him constantly, which sort of neutralizes some of his better qualities. As such, he's very hostile and brutal when met with opposition, or things that upset him. However, he has shown that he does indeed have the capacity to learn and better himself. Not that this changes that he's a stubborn fool, and merely words will not sway him from his angry course. He's steadfast in his convictions of being wronged by society, and as such he's crafted himself, his crew, and his image around that belief.

THE TRAINER Guzma (Japanese: グズマ Guzma) is a character introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon. He is the leader of Team Skull. He is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Team Skull Boss (Japanese: スカルだんボス Team Skull Boss). He specializes in Bug-type Pokémon. POWERS Pokémon Guzma has brought with him four of his Pokémon: Golisopod, Ariados, Masquerain, Pinsir, and Scizor. You can find their more in depth information here! Bug Type Powers Diamond Carapace: At will Guzma can turn his skin into a carapace similar to that of Golisopod's. Its hardness matches that of diamonds, but with a better toughness so that it does not shatter. To use this, Guzma expends energy both in maintaining it and absorbing damage with it. His carapace can block bullets, blades, and blunt force, however the greater the impact, the greater the energy expenditure. Same with how long it is maintained, should it last longer than a minute (even if only one body part is turned and the rest of him the same) he is left incredibly exhausted, and should it go on for several, he may very well fall unconscious. All of this is multiplied when he does it for his entire body. Spider Climb: Based off of Ariados' ability to climb nearly any surface, this is also inspired by Spider-Man's wall climb. It uses the similar logic of bonding molecules to stay connected to surfaces, which Guzma has to do at will. Bug Pheromones: This is based off of the Ultra Beast Pheromosa, who uses pheromones to inspire awe in those around her. However, in Guzma's case this is more to control insect/arachnid related things (even Pokémon and sentient bug-people, permission post here). It will be following the typical pheromone responses found in most insects (alarm, aggregation, food trail, etc). However, this is more emotion based, and until he can learn to fully control it (via learning to control his emotions HA!), this will more likely be a curse than anything else. Cancellation (in human form): When Guzma gets angry, a nullifying effect surrounds him in a radius equally proportionate to how upset he is. Something like annoyance will require him to touch someone to cancel their powers, but should he become actually angry, it's roughly a few feet out from him, but totally being enraged makes it 15ft in all directions around him. This will of course require prior permission to take effect, so please fill out this!

It really depends on who it is, and if he's jiving. KISS: Ye, same as above. He ain't the affectionate sort. SEX: He is a grown adult, and so long as your character is this is fair game. But like above, do you... do you really want to? INJURY: Contact first if it's something serious (but generally yes), cuz Guzma picks fights, even if he might not win them.
