[he snorts at that, laughing. he doesn't actually pick up better alcohol-- though the stuff he had at home isn't exactly as vile as he said it was. he brings a bottle of mid-range wine (to be classy) and some less classy neon blue monstrosity of a drunk. no glasses? obviously they're just gonna drink out the bottle.

his crobat is the one with him when he meets guzma, though he has all his other pokéballs with him. it flits down, landing near guzma and scizor as archie trots down the stone steps. chitters a hello, says scizor's carapace is very shiny and very red. crobat commends him for having such good self-care, as the last scizor he battled looked a mess.]

[Like Guzma said, he don't care what it is, so long as it'll fuck him up. Wine is chill, and blue nasty putrid swill is fine too. He doesn't care, and he don't need a glass. He's a classless thug, after all. They drink from the bottle like MEN!

When Guzma notices Crobat, he gives it his usual nod of acknowledgement, before giving Archie a similar greeting. His eyes go to the bottles though, and an eyebrow lifts. Scizor meanwhile looks to Crobat with reserved suspicion, but then politely thanks him for the compliment. Commenting that the way he soared through the air was with impressive grace and agility, particularly for a Crobat of his size. That might be a backhanded compliment.]

[crobat just snorts a laugh. he sees you, scizor. crobat just retorts happily that at he's surprised scizor has such knowledge of aerial stuff, given that scizors aren't actually known for having strong wings for it!

archie, when he arrives, isn't as bitchy:] Blue Sapphireeeeee! It's grain, bro! [he tosses the bottle over, cracking the wine for himself.] Nice Scizor, eh? How long've you been together?

[Scizor looks coy as he simply remarks that for one whom relies upon his wings as much as Crobat does, he should know there's more to wings than merely their function for flight.

Guzma smirks at that, catching the bottle and looking it over before opening it. To Archie's comment and question, he glances to Scizor.]

Damn right he is! Top percentile of Scizor, ain't met one that can compare, probably never will. [To that, Scizor looks to Guzma, standing proud and tall. Clearly proud of himself, and loving the praise.]

—Long time, though. He and the rest of my team have been with me for, shit... over a decade? Golisopod's been with me the longest, he was my first partner.

[He takes a swig of the blue bottled swill, making a little bit of a face as he adjusts to the taste of it, before gesturing at Archie.]
