Despite their first introduction being a mess of yelling and posturing at each other, which eventually devolved into a weird bout of fisticuffs/Pokémon battle, they've been getting on pretty well. About as well as two feral idiots can, anyway. Guzma doesn't fully trust Archie, he barely knows him, but he's certainly learning what behaviors he can trust. Archie comes across like a man bound by his morals, and a slave to his sympathies, something that Guzma fully intends to take advantage of.
This isn't to say that Guzma sees Archie only as a tool, in fact they had a pretty in depth talk that gave Guzma some insight on the man. There's some solidarity between them with being jaded outcasts of their happy-go-lucky soulless societies, and that's more than what others have with Guzma. There's potential that Guzma might eventually give a shit about this idiot in some capacity that borders on friendship, and not just using him as his personal Pokécenter.

Guzma just has a weakness for tough women who could potentially kick his ass, and Andy is no exception. Their interactions have been saturated with sassy banter and shittalk, but it's been refreshing. Even if they started this whole thing off with Andy (while on duty) trying to simmer down Guzma and a protesting crowd, which turned into an eventual fight between her and Golisopod, they're still getting on pretty well! About as well as a deadpan immortal and an arrogant gangster can, anyway.
Either way, these two assholes are jiving well enough, and they feed into each other's dickishness pretty seemlessly. Andy can give it as much as she can take it, and that's pretty crucial for anyone who is gonna try to befriend someone like Guzma. At least he knows Andy's a crooked cop, and one that knows how to have a good ass time! ...even if that good time lead to Guzma forgetting her name, since he didn't know it till she told him when he was totally trashed, oops.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32. The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.
